             abstract = "The main objective of this work is the application of 
                         geotechnologies in the identification of conflicts between the 
                         land use and occupation and the Brazilian environmental 
                         legislation. The geographic space of the study, is inserted in an 
                         Area of Environmental Preservation of the Mountain range of 
                         Baturit{\'e}, in the state of Cear{\'a}. Referred Mountain range 
                         is an exception area inserted in the context of the semi-arid 
                         Brazilian Northeast with medium altitudes between 600m and 900m. 
                         According to Brasil(2004) the humid forest of the Mountain range 
                         of Baturit{\'e} consists in one of the few remainder of the 
                         Atlantic forest, and one of the threatened ecosystems of the 
                         Brazilian territory. The study area is delimited by the portion of 
                         the Aratuba county inserted in Area of Environmental Preservation 
                         above mentioned, located approximately 120km of Fortaleza city, 
                         the fourth more populous metropolis of Brazil.",
